1. Who is responsible for your data

HydraSoft is a brand of HydraGroup LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico (USA), which acts as the controller of the personal data we collect through this site, our ads and our contact channels. You can reach us at info@hydra.com.co or +57 300 907 5157.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to handle your request and understand your project:

• Forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your store name or URL and your answers to the form questions. Meta may prefill some fields from your profile; you can review and edit them before submitting.
• Call scheduling (Calendly): name, email, the date and time you pick and anything you tell us when booking.
• Conversations: what you write to us by email or WhatsApp and what we discuss on calls.
• Browsing, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, button clicks, language, referring page, device type and cookie identifiers.
• We do not collect payment card details or sensitive data, and we do not ask for information we do not need.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your request and contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp to understand your project and send you a proposal.
• To schedule and hold the discovery call.
• To send you emails with content, news and offers about our services, if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
• To measure how the site is used and how our ads perform, and to show ads to people who already visited the site, only if you accept cookies.
• To prepare and perform the contract, invoice and meet legal obligations, if you become a client.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Mixpanel to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show ads to people who already visited us. Neither loads until you accept in the cookie notice; if you decline, the scripts are never even downloaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. Meta also processes that data under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy), and you can adjust the ads you see in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with providers that help us operate and process it on our behalf: Meta Platforms (ad forms and measurement), Calendly (scheduling), Mixpanel (analytics), Vercel (site hosting) and our email and email-delivery providers. We may also disclose it to an authority when the law requires it.

6. International transfers

HydraGroup LLC and several of our providers operate in the United States, so your data may be stored and processed outside your country. We require those providers to apply appropriate safeguards. By sending us your data you consent to that transfer.

7. Your consent

By submitting a form in our ads, booking a call or writing to us, you consent to us processing your data for the purposes described in this policy, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 and any other law that applies to you. Marketing emails require your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

8. How long we keep your data

• If you contacted us but did not become a client: up to 24 months from our last contact. After that we delete it.
• For marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
• If you are a client: for the length of the relationship plus any additional period required by legal, accounting and tax obligations.

9. Your rights

• Access, update and correct your personal data.
• Ask for proof of the consent you gave us.
• Know how we have used your data.
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them when they apply.

10. How to exercise your rights

Email info@hydra.com.co with the subject "Personal data", including your name, the email or phone you contacted us with and what you need. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and requests to correct, delete or withdraw consent within 15 business days. If we need more time, we will let you know before the deadline.

11. Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find we have, we delete it.

12. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Access is limited to the team members who need it to serve you.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the document. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will post it here in advance and, if we have your email, let you know.
