2. Scope of these terms

These terms govern the use of this website and the initial commercial contact. They are not a services agreement: every project is governed by a separate proposal and signed contract, which prevails over this document in case of conflict.

3. Using the site

• You may browse, read and share the content of this site freely.
• You may not use it for unlawful activity, or attempt to compromise its security or availability.
• You may not scrape its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

4. Content on this site

The information published here is general and informational. Timelines, scopes and figures we mention are estimates based on past projects, not a binding offer. What does commit HydraSoft is the written proposal we hand you for your project.

5. Intellectual property

The HydraSoft name, logo, site design and copy are the property of HydraSoft. Third-party trademarks mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only.

6. Ownership of contracted work

Ownership of code and deliverables depends on the agreed model. On custom development the code is the client's and is delivered to their repository. If we operate the product or you take it as a service, its use is licensed and the contract defines what is handed over. Either way it is in writing before we start.

7. Our own products

HydraSoft products advertised on this site are governed by their own terms of service, available within each of them. Their availability, features and pricing may change.

8. Links to external sites

This site links to third-party services. We do not control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide this site "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we are not liable for damages arising from decisions made solely on the information published here. This limitation does not apply to obligations assumed under a signed services agreement.

10. Privacy

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this document. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the updated version.
