TestLoop

Developer-to-developer testing for Google Play

Google Play requires 12 testers for 14 days before you can publish. TestLoop solves it with a loop economy: you test other developers' apps, earn loops, and those loops get your app to production. No money involved.

APPGEND
Process

From idea to production, in four steps.

A simple, transparent process aligned with your team. No budget surprises, no endless documents.

01

We understand the problem

Discovery with stakeholders, user mapping and definition of the real product risks.

02

We design the solution

Flows, wireframes and hi-fi design connected to a scalable system, not loose screens.

03

We build the product

Modern stack, clean integrations and short sprints with weekly demos until production.

04

We measure & improve

Telemetry, analytics and real-user feedback so we iterate on data, not opinions.

AI with engineering

We use AI every day. The engineering is still ours.

AI makes us faster at writing code, exploring alternatives and covering test cases. What it does not do is replace architectural judgment, human review, or accountability for what ships to production. That is the work you hire us for, and we were doing it long before these tools existed.

Where we use it
  • Boilerplate and scaffolding, so the time goes to what is actually hard
  • Exploring design alternatives and ruling them out fast, before committing weeks
  • Widening test coverage and finding edge cases that slip through by hand
  • Documenting and refactoring legacy code, with the team reviewing every step
Where it does not decide
  • Architecture: the hard-to-reverse calls are ours, and we explain the reasoning
  • Review: everything that reaches production goes through a person on the team
  • Sensitive data and the business rules your operation depends on
  • Accountability for delivery: if something breaks, we answer for it, not the tool
13+ years
building software before any of these tools existed
Regulated sectors
telco, healthcare and finance, where a mistake has real consequences
Human review
on every change that reaches production, no exceptions
Who we are

Who you'll actually work with.

When you reach out, no sales rep picks up: you talk to the two people who will define and build your product. No layers in between, no handing your project down the line.

Co-founder · Product and scope
10+ years in product

She is who turns what you need into a clear, prioritized scope, and who keeps the team working on what moves your business. If something changes midway, she reframes it with you before it becomes a problem of time or money.

Product definition Team management Requirements gathering
Where we've done it before
  • Trust and finance · Alianza and Fiduprevisora
Business units that knew what they needed but not how to ask for it. That is the job: getting it written down and buildable.
  • Healthcare · Colsanitas
Releases defined so each one solved something concrete in the operation, not a list of features.
  • Startups · RobinFood, Fortesza and Fanova
Roadmap prioritized with teams that have no margin for error: what pays off first, the rest after.
  • B2B distribution · Masava
Orders, inventory and deliveries from a real operation, turned into requirements the team could execute without guessing.

Co-founder · Architecture and delivery
13+ years building software

He is who you define scope with, and who answers for the delivery: the same person who estimates your project decides its architecture and leads the team that builds it. 13+ years making software and 6 running teams, so estimates hold up and technical decisions reach you without the jargon.

Architecture Leadership Project management
Where we've done it before
  • Telco · Movistar Colombia and Virgin Mobile
Platforms and apps serving a carrier's users every single day: high volume and little room to fail.
  • Health and finance · Colsanitas and Alianza Fiduciaria
Regulated sectors, where process detail and security are not up for negotiation.
  • Commerce and retail · Autoshack, Rona and Rennai
Large catalogs and online purchase, where downtime is not a technical incident but lost sales.
  • Startups and media · Frubana, Fanova and Fox Latin America
Products that grow without growing the manual work behind them: processes that run on their own and absorb the peaks.

We're a small team on purpose. That means direct attention, fast decisions, and a single conversation from the start of your project to the end.

An MVP takes 6 to 8 weeks. Full products and SaaS platforms usually take 3 to 6 months, split into phases with visible deliverables every week.
Default: TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Tailwind, infra on Vercel/AWS. We adapt the stack to the case: mobile with React Native or native Swift/Kotlin where it fits.
Yes, as a tool: it speeds up boilerplate, exploring alternatives and tests. What does not change is the engineering flow: architecture is decided by us, every change goes through human review before production, and accountability for delivery sits with the team, not the tool. If you have constraints on which code or data may pass through AI services, we agree them by contract before we start.
It depends on the model, and we make it explicit before we start. On custom development the code is yours, delivered to your repo from day one. If the agreement is that we operate the product or you take it as a service, what you pay for is usage and operation, and there we define by contract what is handed over and under which terms. What we never do is lock you in without telling you upfront.
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance contracts or dedicated squads that keep iterating. We also hand off to your internal team if you prefer.
Fixed price per stage with monthly or milestone payments. No hourly billing, no hidden costs.
